2026-2027 BYBA Tryouts will take place from September 22nd - September 30, 2026 at the Marshall Simonds Middle School gym. Specific dates and times for each age/group are listed below. Players must arrive 15 minutes prior to the tryout to check-in and must register online ahead of time.

Tryout Fees

There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee for tryouts. Not all players who try out are guaranteed a roster spot on a travel team. Team selections will be made in October once all tryout sessions across all grades are completed and player evaluations are reviewed. Please note, notifications will be sent to the email address used in the registration process.  

Program Fees for Rostered Athletes

2026-2027 Basketball Season registration payment of $450 (in full) is due after an athlete is notified of placement on a team. All BYBA athletes as well as parents/guardians are expected to follow BYBA policies, rules and guidelines. Questions about financial assistance can be sent to BurlingtonYouthBasketball@gmail.com.
