Parents Code of Conduct/Guidelines

1. Parents are expected to support their child in making 100% commitment to the team, games, and practices.

2. Parent's are encouraged to contact their son's/daughter's coach for any concerns in regards to their child.  Parents are asked not to engage in any such conversations during a game/practice.

3.  Parents are expected to show good sportsmanship and accept decisions made by coaches, referees and other basketball officials.  Parents are expected to provide positive encouragement to the team during games and help set an example of sportsmanship for players.  If a parent is found harassing players, coaches, or officials, they may be asked to leave the gym.

Players Code of Conduct/Guidelines

1. Players are expected to support their child in making 100% commitment to the team, games, and practices.

2. All players will participate in at least 25% of playing time during each game.  However, any unexcused missed games and / or practice, along with any inappropriate attitude/behavior could result in additional sitting time.

3. Players are expected to show good sportsmanship and to accept decisions made by the coaches, referees, and other basketball officials.  They are expected to provide positive encouragement to their teammates and show positive support under all circumstances.

4. Players are expected to follow the BYBA's rules, guidelines, and philosophies.
